Job descriptionJob Title : Compensation Expert
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Compensation Expert.
This is a 6-month contract position that requires remote work from India and residence within the country.
Main Responsibilities :
- Configure Merit Plans : Translate HR / compensation requirements into scalable solutions using Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
- Bonus and Allowance Planning : Configure plans for merit, bonus, and allowance to ensure effective compensation management.
- Merit Cycle Execution : Test, validate, and execute merit cycles to meet organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
Key Expertise : Strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans.
Certifications : Workday certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
Workday HCM Core Knowledge : Experience working on global merit cycles with regional variations.
About the Role :
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
