This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes across the organization. The Assistant HR Manager will handle various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The key objective of this position is to contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- HR Administration : Oversee HR records, payroll management, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Performance Management : Facilitate the performance appraisal process, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development initiatives.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs, organize sessions, and coordinate employee development programs.
- Employee Exit Formalities : Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education : MBA in Human Resources or a related field.Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of HR domains, including compliance and organizational dynamics.Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.Attention to Detail : Ability to ensure precision in processes and documentation.Ethical Judgment : Strong commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.Skills Required
