We’re Hiring : Assistant Manager – HRLocation : Kanjurmarg, MumbaiCompany : Adarsh Infrainterio (Furniture Manufacturing Industry)Experience : 5 to 8 YearsWork location : Head office, OnsiteAbout the Role : Adarsh Infrainterio is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to take ownership of a broad range of HR functions — from payroll and HRMS operations to industrial relations , performance management , and training & development . The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and experienced in manufacturing industry HR practices .‍ This role reports directly to the Director and will play a key role in aligning HR operations with business goals.✅ Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end payroll processing with full accuracy using Spine HR , PagarBook , or similar toolsManage all activities in the HRMS system – employee data, attendance, leave, etc.Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and complianceMaintain smooth industrial relations with factory / workshop staffCoordinate with legal / labor consultants to ensure labor law complianceLead performance management cycles including KRA setting and annual appraisalsDesign and execute training & development programs across departmentsSupport all core HR functions – onboarding, documentation, exit formalities, engagement activitiesProvide regular HR updates and reports to the Director and leadershipMaintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all HR practicesKey Requirements : Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or furniture industry setupStrong working knowledge of Spine HR , PagarBook , or equivalent payroll / HR softwareIn-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance proceduresProven experience in performance management and employee developmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage HR independently and report directly to leadershipWhy Join Adarsh Infrainterio?Work with a fast-growing brand in the furniture manufacturing sectorOpportunity to shape and lead key HR functionsDirect reporting to leadership for faster decision-making and visibilityDynamic, collaborative, and people-centric work cultureNote : Compensation : ₹4.5 – ₹5 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable based on interview performance and relevant experience)Apply Now : Send your updated CV to or reach out via LinkedIn.
