About the Role :
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the warehousing industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent, while ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
- Source candidates through various source mixes like job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers / stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
- Specific exposure in warehouse and campus hiring would be a plus
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
- Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing / logistics functions.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to TAT.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (mandatory in Warehousing / Logistics industry).Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping, ATS.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands on with MS Office knowledgeWhy Join Us?
