The Impact You’ll Drive
- Build and execute influencer campaigns that spark attention, engagement, and brand love
- Discover creators who align with the brand’s tone, audience, and ambition
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, strategy) to deliver seamless brand-influencer storytelling
- Attend and manage events, shoots, or influencer meet-ups to strengthen relationships and amplify impact
- Track trends, platforms, and competitor moves to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
- Co-create content ideas with influencers that feel organic, scroll-stopping, and shareable
- Manage campaign performance reports with clarity and insight
The Skills That Seal the Deal
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or outreach (agency experience is a bonus)Hands-on experience with GenAI and Influencer tools for content ideation or amplification (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Canva)Deep understanding of how content performs on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsExcellent communication and negotiation skills — you know how to build trust with creatorsFamiliarity with influencer tracking / reporting tools or platform databasesObsessed with trends, reels, and what drives engagementHighly organized, proactive, and a true team player
