Position- AVP / DVP- Relationship Manager- Commercial Real Estate
Experience 5-12 Years
Location- Hyderabad, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Scoping and scanning the market for origination of Real Estate transactions across standard asset classes, high-yield deals, special situation deals, and lease rental discounting transactions from both primary and secondary (existing lender / investor) markets.
- Engaging with Promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to identify and structure opportunities for financing, restructuring, settlement, or advisory mandates.
- Evaluating and analyzing Real Estate assets across various categories to assess feasibility and potential.
- Maintaining continuous engagement with internal teams, agencies, investors, and relationship managers to drive business opportunities.
- Developing and presenting structured financing solutions and credit proposals.
- Preparing investment memorandums (IMs), cash flow models, and analytical material for internal assessment and external investor presentations.
- Coordinating with external agencies, sales teams, and investors for successful transaction placements.
- Managing end-to-end deal closure including sanction, due diligence, documentation, and funding.
- Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team to achieve business objectives.
