Real Estate Client Relationship Manager

Job descriptionGraduate / Post-Graduate / MBA from any stream 3–6 years of experience in sales within wealth management / hospitality / co working / luxury, or managed office sectors. Linguistic knowledge : Bi-lingual / multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage. Ownership : Understands the importance of their contribution and takes responsibility for results delivered. Interpersonal skills : Strong at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive & accountable : Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision. Solution-focused : Enjoys being part of the solution, not the problem. Commitment : Values time, highly organized, able to prioritize and deliver within deadlines. Collaboration : A natural team player, enthusiastic and quick learner Adept at using workplace productivity tools like Office365 or Google Workspace
What you will do - Key deliverables :
- Identifying potential prospects
- Converting leads through advice and negotiations
- Visiting project site to present company offerings to potential / existing clients
- Building brand-awareness
- Developing, fostering and sustaining relationships with clients
- Expanding the client database through referral generation from existing clients
