Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound / field calls to potential customers to generate leads and close the target
- Qualify prospects and manage the customer pipeline
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into customer on-boarding
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Science / Pharma, Biomedical Engineering / Dental will be preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to achieve assigned targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwarePrevious sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredSkills
