Role Overview

The Event Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of all events and experiential marketing projects. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously — ensuring that every event aligns with Trzy’s creative vision, brand standards, and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership :

Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of all events, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Team Management :

Manage and mentor a team of operations managers, production staff, and on-ground event personnel.

Vendor & Partner Coordination :

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.

Process Optimization :

Develop and implement systems and SOPs to streamline event workflows, logistics, and communication across teams.

Budget Oversight :

Plan and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work closely with creative, client servicing, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between concept and execution.

Risk & Compliance Management :

Oversee event safety protocols, permissions, and compliance with local regulations.

Innovation & Quality :

Continuously evaluate operational methods and introduce new technologies or practices to improve efficiency and impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in event operations or experiential marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-city projects.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Hands-on experience with event production, logistics, and budgeting.

Knowledge of the Mumbai events ecosystem is a plus.
