Make effective use of AI tools
Seminar / Exhibition E invites, Gratitude Mailers.
Maintain database of presentations / success stories.
Track likes / shares / comments and followers growth on social media sites
Create and manage high quality contents for various marketing channels (Blogs, Emails, Social media posts).
Brand Building
Coordinate with vertical Managers & Corporate Communication team to organize webinars / Exhibitions / Seminars.
Support Vertical Managers in catalog / Flyer development
Assist Vertical Managers for customer / consultant approvals
Coordinate with Application Manager / Vertical managers / corporate communication team for Product Performance Videos and its launch on the social networking sites.
Coordinate with Corporate Communication to create engaging posts on social media to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with corporate communication team for website updates.
Monitor and analyses customer’s sentiment towards the brand through surveys / reviews / social media mentions.
Market Research
Track Industry Trends and competitor websites / blogs / product updates / marketing strategies and align our marketing strategy accordingly.
Track customer satisfaction scores / Levels post product installation services / breakdown calls / product Training.
Provide feedback to management team on weekly basis
