About the Role Media Maniacs Group is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead for one of our prestigious clients in the astrology and spiritual wellness domain. The selected candidate will work directly from the client’s side but will be mentored and guided by our agency team. The ideal professional should be a strategic thinker with deep executional knowledge across social media, paid campaigns, SEO / SMO, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.

This is a leadership position for someone who can blend spirituality with digital innovation, manage a small in-house team, and deliver measurable impact on brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Performance Marketing
• Build and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and create weekly optimization plans.
• Collaborate with Media Maniacs’ strategy and creative teams to align campaigns with brand tone and audience insights.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across paid initiatives.
• Social Media Leadership
• Develop and execute a social-first strategy that blends brand storytelling, spiritual guidance, and community engagement.
• Supervise daily content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand language and tone.
• Ideate innovative campaigns for festivals, astrological events, and celestial moments to drive audience participation.
• Guide content and design teams to produce high-impact visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
• SEO, SMO & Web Management
• Lead SEO strategy to improve keyword ranking and organic visibility for astrology-related search terms.
• Work with developers to optimize website speed, structure, and conversion flow.
• Ensure website and landing pages are continuously optimized for both mobile and desktop performance.
• Influencer & Community Engagement
• Identify and collaborate with astrology, spirituality, and lifestyle influencers for authentic partnerships.
• Initiate campaigns such as ‘Ask the Expert,’ live Q&As, or festival-based collaborations.
• Build and nurture an online community through regular engagement, polls, and live interactions.
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Manage and mentor the client-side marketing team (content, design, performance).
• Serve as the key communication bridge between Media Maniacs Group and the client’s internal leadership.
• Conduct weekly reviews to evaluate campaign performance and plan creative next steps.

Desired Skills & Competencies - 6–10 years of experience managing digital marketing for lifestyle, wellness, or similar consumer brands.

Preferred Qualifications - Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Management.

Personality Fit - Emotionally intelligent and empathetic communicator.

KPIs & Deliverables - 25–30% growth in social media engagement within 6 months.
