As a Manager Digital Analytics, you will help iQuanti's customers susscceed by advising them on the right digital analytics strategies, product implementation approaches, and consulting services needed to meet their business objectives.
You will partner with iQuanti's account management teams during the sales cycle to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of services, and present your proposal to the customer. In addition, you will work with the engagement team to deliver client solutions.
To be successful in this role, you must be a quick learner, have proven digital analytics, marketing analytics, and implementation skills, enjoy solving complex problems and work well with a dynamic and data-driven team.
Responsibilities
Strategic
Marketing Insights : Provide actionable insights to clients to guide their digital marketing programs' evolution and progress. Maintain an awareness of competitive information and key industry trends to provide context for branded website performance.
Client Goal Delivery : Play a lead role in furthering client programs' progress in achieving their marketing goals. Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision-making are being maintained.
Technical Expertise : Possess an expert-level understanding of digital analytics implementation and measurement principles. Also, I have comprehensive knowledge of the major web analytics solutions, particularly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Operational
Analysis and Insights : Proactively lead and drive comprehensive audits and analysis on web data and guide the team to deliver insightful deliverables (dashboards, reports, deep analysis, etc.) that can bring a positive impact to the client's business.
Delivery Management : Create, manage and deliver project plans to achieve clients' results from their digital marketing programs. Needs to drive the achievement of the milestones and results on the project plan with the team of analysts and senior analysts working closely with the Engagement Manager.
Quality Assurance : Ensure error-free delivery by the team from a data and logic perspective.
People
Guide, lead, and mentor the group of analysts on the project to deliver the project goals as their reporting manager.
Contribute to the overall capability development of the function by taking formal and informal training sessions.
Knowledge & Skills : Technical Knowledge
Have understanding and familiarity with digital analytics, digital marketing and digital media landscape, including nuance within media platforms and technology.
5+ years of recent hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise-class digital analytics and measurement solutions, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics required.
Comfortable leveraging data from multiple data sources to produce actionable business insights.
Experience with tag management solutions (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium) is a plus.
Must have the ability to understand data, do research and fix issues. Be hands-on with working on large datasets
Advanced experience with MS-Excel is a must.
Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau would be preferred.
Expertise in the application of analytics (applied statistics / quantitative methods) for solving business problems
Competency in standard data mining and customer segmentation techniques is an advantage
Knowledge of AI and automation is a plus.
SEO & CRO experience is a plus.

Desired Qualification
A Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, etc.
A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or Economics from a Tier 1 institution will be a plus.
Desired Experience
At least 6-12 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, project management, customer insights, or digital marketing roles.
Prior experience of working in external client project delivery roles will be preferred.
Experience in leading and managing teams is preferred.
Experience managing large enterprise accounts; BFSI industry experience is a strong plus.
Experience in driving cross-channel partnerships with client teams and external agencies for integrated outcomes.
