Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tele Caller based in Pune. The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, addressing inquiries, and generating sales leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and achieving targeted performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in telemarketing, customer engagement, and relationship-building
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use data entry and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and performance targets
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in English and regional languages for effective communication
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus
