Job descriptionProven experience as a Project Manager with Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT projects across application development, digital transformation Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies and Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT service delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and quality control Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies Certification in PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL is highly desirable Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Prepare and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies or traditional waterfall governance based on the project methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery
- Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
