Vacate Lease

Yardi - New Lease Client system Yardi - Set up new tenants

Yardi - Lease Maintenance Client system Yardi - Lease changes

Yardi - Adhoc Tenant Charges Client system Yardi - raise tenant charges

Yardi - Issue Invoices Client system Yardi - Issue invoices to tenants

Yardi - Rent Review Letters Client system Yardi - Issue rent review letters to tenants

Yardi - Vacate Lease Client system Yardi - Vacate lease and reverse charges

Lease Updates : Updates to lease details - contacts, charges, tenant categories (for sales report) etc.

Building Administration : Update suites (rename IDs, sqm) and other building-level info

Answer Query : Reprint invoices / statements as requested

Lease Renewal : Update lease renewal data in MRI

Tenant Securities : Update required securities / bank guarantees after each rent review

Expense Pools : Update building expense pools and tenant expense pool ID

Tenant Insurance : Update tenant insurance record based on certificates of currency

IFRS Set up IFRS for tenants : Terminate Management Terminate all active leases for lost managementsnts.
