Job description

• Manage all staff related issues, holiday cover, sickleave cover etc
• Assign DAT tasks to the appropriate staff for efficient completion
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all tasks performed by the DAT Team
• Communicate with queries and issues with Director - Operations in timely manner for resolution
• Report job processing stats to Director - Operations monthly
• Attend fortnightly check-in meeings with Director - Operations and Director - ESSC
• Perform DAT Tasks to assist the teams complete tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain all SOP documents, documenting changes to process and or any new processes to be performed.
• Submitting changes to SOP to the Director - Operations for approval
• Ensure the Quality of work performed by team by implementing QA controls
• Ensure the team meet all deadlines set by Director - Operations
