We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Lead sales teams and provide guidance on sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in business development in BPO, IT, and ITES

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client base

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of the BPO, IT, and ITES industries
