Senior Executive-Rewards & Recognition
Location : Bangalore(Working from office at Madiwala)
Rewards and Recognition :
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PP POCs, business units, communications, etc.) to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment with culture goals.
- Manage platforms, tools, and vendors related to R&R; ensure timely execution.
- Track key metrics such as participation, feedback, and impact of recognition programs; prepare dashboards and executive summaries.
- Lead communications and awareness campaigns to build enthusiasm and visibility for R&R programs.
- Ensure equity and fairness across all recognition mechanisms; regularly audit and refine processes.
- Benchmark industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the Long Service Anniversary calendar and ensure timely identification of eligible employees based on tenure milestones (e.g., 5, 10, 15 years).
- Draft and manage internal communication emails, newsletters, intranet posts to highlight milestone celebrations.
- Collaborate with procurement, vendors, and creative teams to design and deliver curated gifts or experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards for tracking upcoming anniversaries, dispatch status, and employee feedback.
