Role : Senior Executive, Retail Media ( E-commerce )

Job Location : Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Work Type : Hybrid

Shift Timing : 1 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM

Overview :

We’re on the lookout for a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Executive – Retail Media to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the management of retail media campaigns for major brands across Amazon Ads, Criteo, and other leading e-commerce platforms. You’ll work closely with the Retail Media Manager to ensure campaigns run smoothly, perform efficiently, and deliver outstanding results.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the setup, optimization, and reporting of retail media campaigns.
  • Support the development of performance reports and insights, helping identify optimization opportunities.
  • Help manage budgets and pacing across campaigns, ensuring effective spend.
  • Work closely with team members to implement audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative testing.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends (especially Amazon Ads and Criteo).
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met.
  • Maintain campaign accuracy and compliance through regular QA checks.
  • Contribute ideas to improve campaign strategy and workflow efficiency.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital media, preferably within retail media.
  • Understanding of retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Criteo) or performance marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation.
  • Solid Excel and reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with e-commerce or agency-side campaign management.
  • Exposure to retail media tools like Pacvue or Helium 10.
  • Familiarity with optimization techniques and attribution models.
