As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a seasoned Onboarding & HR Specialist to join our internal team and help us scale our staffing operations with speed, compliance, and care.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for consultants and internal hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate with the U.S. payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Maintain compliance with client requirements, federal / state labor laws, and immigration documentation.
Handle HR operations, including document collection, background verification coordination, and new hire orientation.
Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and client teams during onboarding.
Track consultant start dates, manage onboarding trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support audits and maintain accurate documentation for all onboarding and HR activities.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (preferably U.S. staffing).
Strong understanding of HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and client onboarding processes is a huge plus.
