HR Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain confidentiality of HR data at all times.
Admin Responsibilities :
Assist in daily office administrative tasks.
Handle documentation filing and data entry.
Support the procurement of office supplies and ensure availability of required materials.
Coordinate with vendors service providers and logistics partners.
Assist in managing office maintenance housekeeping and facility-related tasks.
Help in organizing meetings events and other office activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree (BBA HR MBA HR preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.
