About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-organized HR / Admin Interns to support the core operations of our IT training and certification business. This role is ideal for those who want real exposure to managing people, processes, and academic training workflows in a live tech training setup.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Faculty Coordination & Recruitment
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding trainers for Microsoft, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
- Maintain faculty databases and availability trackers.
✅ Batch Management & Student Coordination
Coordinate with students for scheduling, attendance, and batch assignments (online / offline).Handle communication for demo sessions, feedback, and session updates.✅ Exam & Certification Support
Proctor exams (Microsoft / Pearson VUE, Certiport, etc.) and maintain exam room discipline.Schedule test slots and communicate policies to candidates.✅ Training Operations
Help organize and document internal and external training programs for staff and students.Maintain training calendars, Zoom / Teams invites, and session reports.✅ Administrative Support
Handle daily office tasks including documentation, Google Sheets updates, printing, ID creation, etc.Coordinate with vendors (printing, hardware, exam materials).Skills Required
Good communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi / Marathi)Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Detail-oriented, disciplined, and punctualBasic understanding of HR / Admin tasks and interest in IT industry is a plusWhat You'll Gain
