Team managementManage Client service teamCross Functional working with Operations, IT, Finance, Design, F&I, L&P and HRP & L managementContinuous monitoring of Client Revenue & Cost accountsReview & Improve on the Service SLAs to ensure there is no impact on losses in storage & revenue.Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency increaseAccount ManagementTrack and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth, Operational Performance metricsReconciliation and Closure of shipments on timeCollection of Payments on timeDrive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely withEngage with partners on business growth with periodic reviewsNew partnershipsProgram manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts liveProduct development and VASEnhance Service Offerings through innovative solves & VASLead initiatives internally to improve key fulfillment related metrics.Reporting & MISUnderstanding Client & Internal Systems and building reports, dashboardsSkills Required
