Responsibilities
- HSQE Compliance :
- Conduct risk assessments, SSI, toolbox talks, and training as per HSQE guidelines. Ensure timely incident and near-miss reporting.
- Contract Management :
- Ensure all sites have valid Agreements / SOW / LOIs. Map SOW with manpower deployment and ensure timely renewals.
- Performance Monitoring :
- Ensure 100% KPI submission and maintain site scorecards above 80%. Take corrective actions where needed.
- Billing & Collections :
- Ensure accurate attendance, timely invoicing, and regular AR follow-ups for payment collection.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Submit MMRs on time and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Manpower Management :
- Coordinate with the resource team to fulfill manpower requirements as per contract.
- Site Profitability :
- Monitor site budgets and take corrective actions to maintain profitability.
- Employee Engagement :
- Ensure grooming, punctuality, and integrity. Address employee concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Client Relations :
- Conduct regular client meetings, share MOMs, and close action points.
- Compliance & Training :
- Ensure statutory compliance, conduct R&R, and deliver scheduled training.
- Emergency Preparedness & Maintenance :
- Implement preventive measures for emergencies and ensure PPM and equipment health checks are done as per schedule.
