Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr BDM / State Manager - Govt / Trade Business, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing government and trade business opportunities within the state. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing business strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success. The role will also involve preparing and presenting reports on business activities and performance, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Government Business sector is must
• District Hospital exposer must in WB Mandatory (May need to cover other States also)
• Business Development, Account Management, and Sales skills
• Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management skills
• Knowledge of Government Regulations and Policies Related to Govt. Business
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
