As a Brand Management Pharmaceutical Professional, you will be responsible to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to manage the resource allocation for your brands and lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :
- Implement product strategy for the assigned brands to deliver brand objectives.
- Work synergistically with cross functional teams to maximize responsible brands’ value.
- Provide tactical marketing support to the sales team e.g. Product training, promotional tactics, and campaign.
- Develop and implement Brand marketing plan and quarterly action plan.
- Complete responsibility of market share and growth of the brand and the category.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gain customer insights.
- Responsible for translating insights for future marketing strategies.
- Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, delivery of pharmaceutical share growth and increase touchpoints.
- Design and flawlessly execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns in line with Global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with the Global campaign objectives and use of the marketing mix.
- Collaborate with third party stakeholders and global teams in terms of local implementation.
