Theme
Looking for a dynamic brand manager with strong experience in professional hair color / hair care division
Key Deliverables
Responsible for driving business topline and bottom-line targets for certain product segments.
Driving NPD processes to deliver new products as per the NPD pipeline.
Developing communications for Hair care, Hair colors, Oils, powders, shampoo product categories.
Liaise with in-house cross functional teams and creative agencies to deliver on the planned tasks
Data Analysis – Internal Sales data, Nielsen data
Conducting brand and product research
Coordinating with the suppliers, ad agency, media agency, event managers, market research firm, salespeople, etc.
Adept in market communication, image & brand building, training, leading, growing, and managing professional associates.
Competencies Must Have
An out of the box thinker with the flair of charting out marketing strategies, developing branding & communication strategies & competition tracking, with product positioning, promotions & campaigns in at various locations.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, team leadership, problem solving & organizational abilities.
