About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Delivery Manager - End User Services to lead and oversee the delivery of IT services and support to end users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project delivery cycles, IT service management, and service lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless execution of projects and continuous improvement in service quality.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to coordinate multiple teams and vendors, ensuring that service delivery meets defined SLAs, OLAs, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning and Delivery :
- Lead end-to-end project delivery cycles, including planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors / partners to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, track key metrics, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
2. Service Delivery and Lifecycle Management :
Oversee End User Services delivery operations, ensuring consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices.Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements), OLAs (Operational Level Agreements), and UPCs (User Performance Commitments).Apply deep understanding of the IT Service Lifecycle to design, implement, and optimize service delivery processes.Identify service gaps and design actionable improvement plans for performance enhancement and efficiency.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality and user experience.3. Governance, Reporting, and Communication :
Prepare, review, and present project status reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, including the CTO.Conduct regular governance meetings to review performance metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.Maintain transparent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational goals.4. Resource and Vendor Management :
Identify, allocate, and manage resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth project execution and service excellence.Monitor vendor performance against agreed deliverables and service standards.Required Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.Experience :
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project delivery or service management.Must have successfully led at least 2 large-scale delivery projects involving 7,000+ end users.Proven track record of managing End User Services in a corporate environment.Certifications (Mandatory) :
ITIL Certification (Compulsory) - strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.PMP or PRINCE2 Certification - preferred for structured project delivery and governance expertise.Technical & Professional Skills :
In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Expertise in Service Lifecycle Management and Service Delivery processes.Ability to identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement frameworks.Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to confidently present reports and insights to senior leadership including the CTO.Familiarity with project management and ITSM tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.Why Join Us :
