Software Delivery Manager
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager with a proven track record of managing global client relationships and maintaining an active network of international contacts. This role requires a unique blend of technical delivery expertise and strong client engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software delivery for global enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget project execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing expectations and building long-term strategic relationships
- Leverage existing global client network to identify new business opportunities and drive account expansion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for complex software implementations
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and C-level client stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years in software delivery management with extensive global client-facing experienceActive network of contacts with international clients (North America, Europe, APAC preferred)Proven ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships across bordersStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skillsExperience managing distributed teams and offshore / nearshore delivery modelsPMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferredKey Success Factors
