Job Title : Project Manager

• A Project Delivery Manager for End User Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and support to end users.
• This role involves managing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and Project Planning and Execution : Excellent Knowledge on Project Delivery Cycle i. e Planning, Execution, Governance, Reporting and Presentation.
• Coordinate Internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Capabilities to Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.
• Identify and allocate resources required for projects, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Should have the good experience to maintain the SLA, OLA and UPC.
• Should have good knowledge to identify the Gaps and arrive the improvement plan.
• Service Life Cycle : Excellent knowledge and exposure on Service Life Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as ITIL Compulsory and PMP or PRINCE2.
• Should have at least 7 years in Corporate Delivery and at least 2 delivery projects where End User volume minimum 7000.
• Excellent Communication Skill to present the reports to CTO
