Job Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications (excluding SAP) within the organization

Application Management :

  • Collaborate with business users & cross functional teams to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of non-SAP applications, including procurement, implementation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Ensure applications meet business requirements and operate effectively within the organization’s IT ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless integration of non-SAP applications with other enterprise systems, including SAP and legacy software.
  • Ensure applications adhere to organizational security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

Support and Troubleshooting :

  • Review the pending actions, follow-up and escalate in case of any issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues with the help of the vendor.
  • Establish and monitor application performance metrics and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

    • Continuous Improvement :

    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

    Key Skills and Competencies :

  • Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of non-SAP applications (e.g., PLM, MES, CRM, HRIS, WMS, etc.).
  • Project Management : Proficient in managing large-scale application implementation and integration projects.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.
  • Communication : very good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business users.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Experience :

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT applications management
  • Hands-on experience in software Testing / development / project management / Digital Transformations / IIOT and integrations in a manufacturing / cpg organizations.

    • Certifications :

  • ITIL Certification (preferred)

    • Performance Metrics :

  • Uptime and performance of non-SAP applications.
  • Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Efficiency improvements through process automation and optimization.
