We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / Solution Architect in the eCommerce domain to lead our engineering efforts in designing and implementing innovative eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, team leadership, and architectural design.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.
Design and architect scalable and efficient eCommerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

15-20 years of experience in software development and architecture, preferably in the eCommerce domain.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, frameworks, and technologies such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
