Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS to support the design, implementation, and management of knowledge systems and digital learning platforms for our CX division. This role will be central to maintaining a robust knowledge repository, ensuring timely dissemination of updates, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to enable effective training delivery across Travel Industry customer experience programs.

The Assistant Manager – Knowledge Management & LMS will collaborate with training leads, content developers, and technology teams to ensure process knowledge is accessible, accurate, and effectively leveraged for employee learning. This position requires strong expertise in knowledge management, LMS administration, content governance, and digital learning solutions.
