Job Title : B2B Lead Generation Executive

Experience : 1–2 years

Work Mode : Onsite (Full-time)

Immediate Joiner is Required

Location : HSR Layout, Sector 7, Bengaluru

About the Role :

We're looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive who can help us connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities. Your main job will be to reach out to companies, talk to decision-makers, and set up meetings for our team.

If you're confident on calls, enjoy talking to people, and love working towards targets, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify potential business clients through online research and databases.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Explain our services and generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads.

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling client queries.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead research.
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
