We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our high-energy sales team. In this role, you'll play a key part in fueling our growth engine by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients – and setting up meetings that matter.

What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, company websites, social media, and databases.
- Run outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and interest.
- Maintain accurate data and track interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to sharpen targeting strategies.
- Book discovery calls / demos for the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound leads and ensure quick qualification.
- Report key metrics such as lead count, conversions, and activity levels.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).2–4 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales / business development (B2B preferred).Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus!).Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in handling objections.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge of the sales funnel & lead qualification models.Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or consulting.Why Join Us
