About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology talent to support our fast-paced and innovative environment. Your strong understanding of the tech landscape, paired with a background in technology, will enable you to engage deeply with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across multiple business units Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), Data Science & Analytics, DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Product Management, Quality Assurance (QA) / Test Engineering, UI / UX & Product Design, Cloud Engineering / Infrastructure, Security Engineering / Cybersecurity, Mobile Development (iOS, Android), Solutions Architects / Technical Architects, Engineering Managers / Tech Leads etc).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels including , GitHub, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening, technical assessments (if required), and candidate evaluation to ensure fit for role and culture.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company at tech hiring events, job fairs, and university recruiting initiatives as needed.
Requirements :
3–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technology roles.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles such as Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, SREs, etc.Strong understanding of technology stacks, software development life cycle (SDLC), and modern tech tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Recruiter, Naukri, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-volume recruiting environment.What We Offer :
