Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and HR practices for the US region. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes for diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the US region, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Manage RPO recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and SLAs.

Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and clients to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across niche skills, leadership roles, and high-volume hiring.

Implement and optimize talent acquisition strategies (job portals, social media sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping).

Ensure compliance with US employment laws, hiring regulations, and HR best practices .

Deliver recruitment analytics and reporting, highlighting hiring trends, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics.

Drive a superior candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team for performance and process excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

8 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / RPO recruitment with focus on the US region .

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, HR policies, and US hiring practices .

Proven expertise in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter .

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
