Recruitment :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management :
Effective in managing multiple stakeholders across various levels to align recruitment strategies with business goals.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust recruitment plans as needed.Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in an HR related field or equivalent preferredMinimum 5+ years of recruitment experienceKnowledge of Industrial Automation / Engineering being an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit during candidate evaluationsYour role is pivotal across all our regional & global talent acquisition effortsAble to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alikeEffectively manage your workload to meet agreed deadlinesRecruitment :
