Job Description
- Lead end-to-end hiring for tech / product roles across India and international markets
- Partner closely with the CTO, Tech Leads, and Founders to understand team needs and drive strategic hiring plans
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and targeted engagement
- Own candidate experience and ensure timely, quality closures
- Set up and track recruiting metrics and hiring OKRs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, People Ops, and Marketing for employer branding initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- 7-12 years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, preferably in product-based startups or scale-ups
- Proven ability to hire across engineering, data science, and product functions
- Experience in international hiring is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and collaborate with leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; thrives in a hands-on role
