    Job Description

    • Lead end-to-end hiring for tech / product roles across India and international markets
    • Partner closely with the CTO, Tech Leads, and Founders to understand team needs and drive strategic hiring plans
    • Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and targeted engagement
    • Own candidate experience and ensure timely, quality closures
    • Set up and track recruiting metrics and hiring OKRs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, People Ops, and Marketing for employer branding initiatives
    • The Successful Applicant

    • 7-12 years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, preferably in product-based startups or scale-ups
    • Proven ability to hire across engineering, data science, and product functions
    • Experience in international hiring is highly desirable
    • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and collaborate with leadership
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; thrives in a hands-on role
