Role & responsibilities.
The Head of HR and Administration is responsible for providing strategic leadership in developing and executing human resource and administrative strategies, policies, and programs.
The role ensures the organization attracts, develops, motivates, and retains the best talent while maintaining effective administrative operations that support business goals.
Location : INXT City Centre, Sector 83, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Advise senior management on HR planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and performance excellence.
Administrative Leadership :
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including facility management, transport, security, housekeeping, and office support services.Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.Security and Discipline :
Implement robust physical and operational security systems.Supervise security personnel and protocols for all company assets and personnel.Uphold and promote high standards of discipline, punctuality, and code of conduct in the organization.Liaison & Compliance :
