Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Jewel Consumer Care Pvt Ltd, located 15 kms from Vadodara. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with departments for their staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing employee relations, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Assistant Manager will also assist in developing HR policies, overseeing training and development programs, managing performance appraisals, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and staffing coordination
• Knowledge of employee relations, grievance handling, and labor law compliance
• Skills in developing HR policies, overseeing training programs, and managing performance appraisals
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the consumer care industry is a plus
