Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries : Answer questions about products or services, provide information, and offer guidance to international customers via phone.
- Resolving customer issues : Troubleshoot problems, address complaints, and find effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Providing support : Help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and make the most of their experience.
- Managing customer interactions : Maintain a positive and professional attitude, actively listen to customer needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Recording and reporting : Document customer interactions, track issues, and provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
