Job Title : International Sales Executive – US Market
Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling software solutions to US-based customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Acquisition : o Identify and engage potential US-based customers to promote and sell software solutions. o Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other sales strategies.
2. Sales Conversion : o Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products. o Address customer concerns and objections to close sales successfully.
3. Client Relationship Management : o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. o Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research and Strategy : o Analyze the US market to identify trends and opportunities. o Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve targets.
5. Performance Reporting : o Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards goals. o Provide feedback on customer preferences and product improvement suggestions.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of computer antivirus solutions and their benefits.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in US time zones.
