Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Sales Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Executive will be responsible for handling international sales calls, managing customer accounts, providing top-notch customer service, and developing international business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle outbound / inbound international voice calls for sales campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales outcomes in the system.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice sales
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Shift Flexibility : Must be comfortable with 24x7 shifts, including night shifts
Weekly Offs : Rotational
Location Flexibility : Should be willing to work from office.

Compensation :
Salary : ₹32,000 CTC per month
