Performance Marketer

Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented PPC Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns for various clients, including freelance projects sourced through platforms like Upwork. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and other paid media platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, performance monitoring, and optimization to ensure ROI and client satisfaction.

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) , and other platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or Amazon Ads.
• Analyze client requirements and business goals to develop custom ad strategies .
• Conduct detailed keyword research , competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives in collaboration with content / design teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide weekly / monthly performance reports to clients.
• Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
