Role Overview :
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing all performance-based campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. Your primary goal will be to efficiently acquire new customers, increase our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across key channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Campaign Management : Manage daily campaign operations, including ad setup, bidding strategies, A / B testing, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing audience targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and user journey to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless customer journey from ad to purchase.
- Budgeting : Manage the performance marketing budget, forecast spending, and allocate resources to the most effective channels to achieve business 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role, specifically within a B2C or D2C brand.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A passion for skincare and the e-commerce industry is a plus.
