Description and Requirements
- Must have 6-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform.
- Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, Portals, and Scoped Applications.
- Must be proficient in integrations (Inbound / Outbound).
- Must have strong communication skills and experience in client handling.
- Must be able to mentor junior developers in the team.
- Must be based in Bengaluru.
