Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the saree store, ensuring smooth customer service and sales processes.
- Manage store staff, delegate tasks, and maintain discipline and performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a premium in-store experience.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and work toward revenue targets.
