Job Summary :
The Reception cum Office Admin is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the concerned department / person.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage courier services, incoming / outgoing mails, and office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and requirements.
- Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and employee movements.
- Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative support tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative role.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Presentable, well-organized, and punctual.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Employment Type : Full-Time
