Job Title : Reception cum Office Admin

Location : Hadapsar, Pune

Department : Administration

Reporting To : HR / Admin Manager

Job Summary :

The Reception cum Office Admin is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the concerned department / person.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage courier services, incoming / outgoing mails, and office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and requirements.
  • Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and employee movements.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative support tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, well-organized, and punctual.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Employment Type : Full-Time
