About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Content Manager / Social Media Lead to take full ownership of our brand messaging, content strategy, and social media presence across platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content calendars that drive engagement, visibility, and authority for our U.S.-based solar brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
- Develop content calendars, captions, and short-form video scripts for social posts and paid ads.
- Collaborate with designers and media buyers to align visual creatives with brand messaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Write high-quality, engaging copy for social media, web content, and ad campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager for review responses, user interactions, and engagement boosts.
- Manage content archives, creative assets, and publishing workflows to ensure smooth execution.
Skills & Qualifications :
4-7 years of experience in content or social media management (experience with U.S. audiences preferred).Exceptional English writing, storytelling, and editing skills.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement trends, and analytics.Proven ability to manage multi-channel content calendars and publishing pipelines.Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light design and creative edits.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in content delivery.(ref : iimjobs.com)
